Bee happy

Happy Sunday!

I made this card for a Penny Black contest from the official Penny Black blog for World Card making Day on October 1st. Forgot to post it to my blog and just noticed I haven't posted for a few days now.

For this card I used the stamp "Bee happy" by Penny black. Colored with derwent coloursoft pencils and blended with baby oil. Hedgies face was colored with copics.

The papers are from my stash. I am so proud of myself I have been really good using up papers I have. But need to get to a scrapbook store soon because I am in desperate need of new christmas and winter papers. Wish we had something better than Joann's in town.

I embellished with a couple of punched out flowers and buttons, ribbon, glitter and sewed the edges.
