Whimsy Stamps took a little Summer break from new releases over the last two month, but the Whimsy artists have been busy illustrating some gorgeous new stamps for our new releases.

For today's card I used the gorgeous stamp Spooky Sookie from Whimsy's Lizzy Love collection. She's actually part of a little set, that includes all the sentiments I used here, as well as the little spider I used on the green strip. There is also a spider web included in this set, but I didn't use it on the card.
She's been colored using my Faber Castell Polychromos pencils and blended with baby oil. Not much blending was done on the hair, I simply used different shades of purple on the hair.

I loved the way you used sookie on your card. I have some of the pencils but it is becoming obvious that I need to take some classes to go along with them. Again wonderful card.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun Halloween card! I love that sentiment. I wanted to ask you what you do with your Etsy shop when your on vacation. I'm afraid someone will buy something when I'm out of town. For Ebay I can just make sure that I don't have anything listed when I'm on vacation, but Etsy things are listed for four months!
