Sugar Nellie Cutie

Hello and happy wednesday! Hope you are having a great day with some stamping or crafting in it!
I just love this sugar nellie stamp! It is so much fun to color! I used my prismacolor pencils again blended with baby oil for coloring. I have tried Gamsol too, but came to the conclusion that baby oil works just the same without any harmful fumes. The edges of the white CS were sponged lightly with bashful blue for a softer look. The sentiment is from SU's retired set Vases in Vogue, I will never part with that set, just for the sentiments alone! (Well, I actually separated all of my sentiments from the SU sets that I have). The designer paper is SU's bashful prints. Embellishments added are stickles, a little paper flower (punched out with SU's flower trio punch) a small rhinestone, a paper doily and a little bit of ribbon. I am pretty happy with this card. I hope you like it too!

Thank you so much for taking the time to view my blog today!
