Penny Black Challenge and Cute Card Thursday

Hello all!

Hope you're having a great weekend so far. We've been enjoying the beautiful weather we had today, and got a couple more things for the school start on monday. I can't believe summer break is over. Where does time go??!! I know I'll have to start working on halloween treat bags for school SOON if I want to get them done in time.


Today's card is for this week's Penny Black saturday challenge and they want to see some stitching on our projects. I love my janome sew mini, but don't use it enough. Maybe I'll start again, because I love the look and feel of sewing on cards. The card also fits this week's cute card thursday challenge which is Lazy Days.

I used one of my new Penny Black stamps "Asking the flowers". Image was colored with copics and a little bit of glitter was added to the flower centers. Papers are all by Stampin Up.

Recipe:
Stamps: Penny Black, Stampin Up
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, basic gray, copics
Paper: Whisper White, basic gray, cottage wall designer paper (all SU)
Accessories: ribbon, stickles glitter, janome mini sewing machine, word window punch, ticket corner punch, photo corner punch

    Hi Ellie wonderful card love that image these hedgehogs are so loveable and our colouring is fabulous. I adore your stitching I love the look of stitching on cards it adds that little bit extra although I am not as good at it as I would like lol. Great card.
