Digital Tuesday Challenge #41 - Emboss it

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Happy Tuesday everyone!!
Hope you're having a good day wherever you are.

It is tuesday and that means another fun challenge over at the digital tuesday challenge blog.
Our theme this week is:

Emboss it

You can use your embossing folders, light table and embossing template or embossing powder. Any kind of embossing counts.

I decided to keep my card clean and simple for today's challenge. The image is from Heather Ellis's etsy store Digistampcharacters. I colored it using copics. Papers are from stampin Up. I embellished with a prima flower and brad and some black gingham ribbon. The sentiment is from Stampin Up. A very quick card to make.

That's all for today, hope you'll play along this week for a chance to win some digis from the Digital Stamp Oasis.

  2. Great card....I always have such trouble making sure that my lines are straight in the embosser that I've never even attempted something like this. It looks so elegant. I love it.

  3. so cute, like how you used the embossing folder and the small sentiment goes really well with the overall card.

  4. I love your cards and would like to jump into the digital world of cardmaking but don't really understand how to do that. I understand you buy a digital image but what do you do then? After saving it, how do you work with it- can you change sizes or place anywhere on your card? Where can I find a tutorial on that?

    Thanks, Karen Hahseck
