Penny Black and More - Special Christmas Project

Good Morning and thanks so much for stopping by!

Last month our team leader Brenda of Penny Black and More surprised the team with a couple card kits, excluding the image, and challenged us all to create something with them choosing our own Penny Black image. We all received the same kit. We posted the first card for the first kit last month, and here is what I made with the Christmas kit she sent.

I used the stamp Caroling Mice by Penny Black of course, and colored it using Distress Inks.
The papers Brenda sent were from a pack by Echo Park, and she has also sent the decorative card base, ribbon, die cut leaves and rolled flowers (which I rolled myself), and the pins and red sticky back "brads" (not sure what exactly these are called.)

It was my first time rolling flowers so they don't look perfect. The sentiment is from Stampin Up.

Here is a close up of the cute image.

I would love to enter this card to the following challenges:

Floweret - Christmas
Jingle Belles - Christmas - use stickers ( I used the sticky back "brads" - hope they count)
Mami Doodles - Christmas
Wags 'n Whiskers - Christmas
Make it colorful - Lantern/Candlelight

Be sure to check out what the rest of the team created with this amazing kit!

Clare
Louise Mervi
Shirley
Tracy

And don't forget that there is also a little prize up for grabs for all the new followers!

Thanks so much for visiting today. I will be back tomorrow with another project using a brand new stamp from the November Whimsy Stamps Release. Hope you'll check back then.
