Penny Black and More - December Challenge

Hello and thanks so much for stopping by!

It's the first Sunday in December and that means it's time for the December Penny Black and More Challenge. I hope you will check it out and play along. Don't forget, you are not required to use a PB stamp, you may use any rubber or clear stamp to play along.

Our theme this month is pretty simple...

Birthdays.

For my card I combined two stamps from the clear Penny Black set "Wonderful".

Photobucket

I stamped with memento tuxedo black ink on Neenah white card stock, and colored using derwent coloursoft pencils which I blended using baby oil.

The paper is from a 6x6 paper pack by basic grey. I think it's from the "olivia" collection. Grass was done using a Martha Stewart punch. I embellished with some buttons and flowers.

The sentiment is from another Penny Black clear stamp (Critter Party), I just repeatedly stamped it on a strip of white card stock.

I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:

I hope you like my card. And don't forget there are several fabulous prizes up for grabs, and you can enter up to 3 times!! Hope to see you at the challenge blog!

Enjoy your sunday!
