We got hit pretty hard with a snowstorm here in the midwest yesterday, we had up to 50mph winds or more, the wind has calmed down a little bit, but it's pretty cold now! Thinking of all of you in the midwest, please stay safe and warm!
It's Day 5 of Whimsy Stamps Showcase Day and Mini Hop and I'm so excited to be part of it!
On Monday (17 December) Whimsy Stamps
released this month's new rubber designs, Shapeology dies, Whimsy
Designer Paper packs, Shape EZ templates and *new* Whimsy Prints
pre-coloured toppers. From then until 23 December the Whimsy Stamps DT
and Special Guests are showcasing these fabulous new goodies with a daily mini blog hop!
Here's what I I created, using another one of Crissy Armstrong's beautiful stamps, this one is called
It's been stamped with memento ink on neenah solar crest card stock, colored using faber castell polychromos pencils, and then cut her and her little birdie friend out.
The papers are from the pack "Lost and Found - Breeze". I used tempting turquoise card stock by stampin Up as my card base.
The sentiment is from the set "Playful Kittens" from Whimsy's Wee Stamps collection. I punched it out using an oval punch.
Simply embellished with some twine and glitter, and then did some sewing around the edges.
