Snowflakes for Allsorts Challenge

This week at Allsorts challenge our host is Helene and she wants to see Snowflakes. I hope I only see snowflakes on paper today, I have to drive out of town later this morning and we might be getting some snow. Hopefully it’ll stay north/east of us! I hate driving in it and I’m sure so does everyone else...


For my card I heat embossed "Snowy" from Penny Black and paired him with some pretty designer papers I picked up a year or two ago at Hobby Lobby. The sentiment is from the set "Holiday Snippets", also by Penny Black and also heat embossed. I colored with Zig Clean color brush pens. I decided to stamp a few snowflakes onto the image panel, the snowflake stamp is part of the set "Holiday Snippets". A punched out snowflake was placed on top of Snowy's hat.

    Snowy looks lovely against all the snowflakes Ellie, I was one told he was their most popular stamp ever, I wonder if that's still the case.

    That snowflake paper is so pretty. I love this sweet image and card. It's been so interesting and fun seeing how happy the south was to receive snow this week, when in the north we groan every time it snows again. I hope it doesn't snow on your drive. I hate driving in snow too!
