Happy Days

I recently colored up this cute image using my copic markers....It's been so long since I last used them, I forgot how fun they are to color with ... so today I decided to make a card with the image. I probably should have laid down instead because I  have an awful cold with a super runny nose and itchy eyes, but laying down usually makes me more miserable so I decided to make a card instead... We received about 8 inches of snow yesterday so a snowy winter card would be more appropriate, but I think this one serves as a reminder of the (hopefully) sunny days following this cold winter :)

This is one of Penny Black's retired wood mounted stamps (Cat Bath), stamped on Xpress It Blending Card using Memento Tuxedo ink. As mentioned I used  Copic markers for coloring. Designer papers are from a 6x6 paper pack by Authentique. The little tags are part of a die set by Avery Elle - Wonky Stitches, and the sentiment is part of the Penny Black clear set Happy Days
I used some jute twine by May Arts to finish off the card. Also a little bit of Wink of Stella was used on the flowers and the little butterfly, but as usual, it's not really showing up on the photos. Finally, I mounted the card front onto a Neenah Linen card base.
