Allsorts Challenge 459 and Papercrafters' Linky Party 8

It's Saturday already and that of course means it's the start of a new challenge at Allsorts and also time for the new Papercrafters' Linky party (the linky is at the end of this post). As always you may share any new or recently made papercraft (anything goes) at papercrafters' linky party. I can't wait to see what you've been creating!

At Allsorts challenge this week Wendy chose the theme of Black and White only. Skin tones are allowed but I decided to stick with just black and white for today. 

I used a  new stamp from Penny Black's newest release (if you're interested, I have it available HERE in my Etsy shop). The image is gorgeous but don't you just love that kitty on the roof?! He's probably trying to climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower  :) :)

I heat embossed the image on Neenah solar white linen card stock using versafine onyx ink and clear embossing powder. The sentiment is from the set Sprinkles and Smiles which is my favorite birthday sentiment set. Patterned paper is from a 6x6 paper pack by Authentique. I thought the hounds tooth pattern would be a perfect match for this stamp. The little flower was done using Penny Black's new Frames Die set, and I used a sticky pearl in the center. The random dots  under the flower were stamped using a really old stamp set by Stampin Up, and only available on the secondary market. The "itty bitty background" link below the card will bring  you to ebay listings of this stamp. 

I really enjoyed creating with black and white only, so I made a few more cards.

The cards above are all small note cards, 4.25 x 3 inches, one of them is a little bit taller. I used the old stampin up stamp again on the background. The frames and little flowers are from Penny Black's  new Frames Dies set, currently available in my Etsy shop, and I used a mix of stamps by Penny Black, all linked below the photo or find them in the amazon picture link below.
