Flowers All Over at Penny Black and More Challenge

Happy Sunday and happy December. Well, today surely snuck up on me, I didn't realize until late last night that it was the last day of November, but luckily I did manage to get this post ready. I apologize if there are too many typos but it was getting late!

The first Sunday of the month means it's time for a new theme at Penny Black and More challenge. This month our theme is Flowers All Over. Hopefully you can join us for your chance to win one of the great prizes we have up for grabs this month from Penny Black and Bee Crafty. Just be sure to remember the focal point of your creation does need to be  hand stamped, so no die cuts and no digis as your focal point.

For my card I used the Penny Black stamp The Unfolding, which I've inked up with Peacock Feathers and Peeled Paint Distress Markers, lightly spritzed with water and stamped onto Bristol Vellum using my Tonic stamp platform. I used a tile stencil design (by TCW) and Tattered Rose Distress ink.

The border on the bottom part was stamped with an old retired stamp from Whimsy Stamps and Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink. The sentiment is from the Penny Black set Eloquence

  1. Lovely make Ellie, the marker to stamp gives such a beautiful appearance. I also like how you've popped that text along the bottom not distracting from the main image - well done!!!!!! xxxx
