Allsorts Challenge 553: Soft Pastels

We're back on a regular weekly schedule at Allsorts challenge and a new theme has just been posted. Helene is hosting this week and she selected the theme of Soft Pastels. Hope to see you joining us. You can make any (paper)craft you like as long as it follows the theme. Our prize this time is a fun set by Stabilo

Back in November I was browsing eBay when I came across a listing of Flourishes  LLC stamp sets. The price was amazing ($10) and it included 5 sets so I purchased the lot. I just LOVE this beautiful line art and the sentiment is so nice too! This company is no longer in business but this artist has her own shop now - Power Poppy, I'm sure many of you are familiar with it.

A simple card to make, I stamped the image and sentiment using using Pumice Stone Distress Oxide, sprinkled with clear Ultra Fine Embossing Powder and heat embossed. Then colored with diluted distress inks and my Zig Detailer. Framed with stampin up card stock then used 110lb White Card Stock as the card base.

Here is a closer look:
Unfortunately I can't link to this set as it's nowhere available, but I think it's called "From the Desk of". It might show up on ebay at some point...
