Something Feminine at Allsorts Challenge

Hello everyone, today it's the start of a new theme at Allsorts challenge and Lynn is hosting. For her optional theme she chose Feminine and as always we have the Anything Goes option too. There are  two prizes to be won from AALL and Create this time.

I had some fun with Lavinia stamps for today's card and made a feminine, not too spooky Halloween themed card. The witch is Lavinia's Faba stamp and one of the cats from the set Hocus & Pocus. For the background I used Lavinia's Feather Leaf stencil and a circle die cut was used for a moon mask. Sentiment is Witching Hour also from Lavinia and I had the die cut spider web (done with an old Whimsy Stamps die) out on my desk and thought it would work well in the corner. A Sakura stardust glitter pen was  used around the moon, lantern and her hair but it's hard to see the sparkle.

I'm sharing this card with these challenges:

Thanks so much for visiting and hope you're having a wonderful autumn weekend. We are being spoiled with nice late summer/ early autumn weather (around 25 degrees celsius) and I am fully enjoying that!

I received a nice surprise from my sweet kitty's memorial rose shrub with one more beautiful blossom.

  1. Faba makes for a lovely feminine card and certainly not too spooky at all. A beautiful Rose, looks not dissimilar to our little Poppies one which is just giving us a third round of blooms.

  3. Gorgeous feminine Hallowe’en card Ellie - very pretty! Beautiful pic too of the rose, what a gorgeous bloom. Glad you’re enjoying good weather over there … after a seemingly long hot summer we are now being battered by storms! xx

  4. I didn't expect a witch for this theme lol! But she is certainly feminine and makes a great Halloween card. Beautiful rose from the memorial rose.
