Peaches for Digital Tuesday

Happy Tuesday!!

It's time again for a new challenge at Digital Tuesday and this week it's Amy's turn to host the challenge. The theme she chose is:

Doilies

Since I really wanted to play in this week's Digital Pencils Challenge I decided to use an image from Mo Manning. This image is called "Peaches". I just love this, it's got to be one of my all time favorite images/stamps.

Here is my card.
I colored the image with derwent coloursoft pencils and baby oil. Copics for skin tones.
Papers are from Stampin Up, I thought I'd use the new Calypso Coral from stampin up as my card base and mats, plus butterflies. I think it goes well with the designer paper even though the colors don't match. I love this designer paper too, too bad I am almost out of the pack, and it is retired.

I embellished with a prima flower, button and silver cord. The butterflies were done using a Martha Stewart punch. To finish it off I did some machine sewing.
