Paper: soft sky, whisper white SU
Ink: wild wasabi, soft sky, versafine black
Accessories:SU markers, blender pen, stickles, circle punches (1 inch and 1 1/4 inch), dimensionals, ribbon.

Image was colored with my Prisma and blick studio alcohol markers. Still need some practice.
Stamps used:Penny Black
Paper: stampin up and GP
Accessories: brads, punches, paper piercer, alcohol markers
Thanks for looking.

Look thru the window...

I am so excited!! I just got this stamped image from JBGreendawn thru the PIF thread on SCS. Thanks so much - I love these images!!!
This is also my first time actually posting a card colored with alcohol markers. They are new to me so I still need lots of practising. But I do like how this card turned out.
The shutters were made using my paper crimper. I saw a roof made similar to this one on SCS, I used my scallop edge punch. The green markings on the roof is my watermark, I just learned today how to add one so it is not perfect yet.
Stamps: Elzybells, stampin up
Paper: SU, basic grey, GP
Accessories: glitter, Jessejames embellisment, crimper, punch
Techniques: DTP, alcohol markers

Thanks for looking.

A cased birthday card

I needed a birthday card for a young man who is turning 18 (and he always has admired my cards!!) Let me tell you...it is very hard to make a card for this occasion. But I found this beautiful card on SCS by Joelysmom and thought it would be perfect if I just changed the colors. That is pretty much what I did. I really liked the sketch. The balloon were embossed and cut out. I also embossed the Background stamp on pacific point paper using white craft ink and clear embossing powder.
Recipe:
Stamps: SU birthday whimsy, typeset numbers, print pattern
Paper: all SU
Accessories: silver cord, brad, embossing powder, punches
Techniques: embossing, sponging.

snowy trees

This card is the second one I am going to be making with a friend this holiday season. I saw a sketch like this on a card featured in a stamp magazine a couple of years ago. I love it. The trees were embossed with white embossing powder on night of navy card stock. Then I stamped them on white card stock using night of navy ink, but cut out only the tree in the middle. Wrapped silver cord with star shaped button around the top of the white card stock and attached it to the embossed trees. Stamped the snowman, colored it and cut it out and attached it with dimenionals. Stickles was added to the trees and "snow" on the ground. The verse was stamped and punched out with the large oval punch by SU and tucked under teh white card stock. The card front was matted on white card stock.
Stamps used: Stampin up trees, snowman and verse

Be merry little penguin

I finally had some time to finish these 2 cards. I will be making more of these to mail out this holiday season.
This first card on the left is very simple to make, I used little flurries from SU to stamp in the middle of the white card stock. Added stickles to the centers of the snowflakes. The main image was stamped and colored with prisma color pencils and baby oil and added stickles. Attached it to night of navy card stock and attached to the white card with dimensionals. Stamped the verse on the bottom and matted on night of navy card stock. To finish the card off I punched out the snowflake with my Martha Stewart punch, added stickles glitter to it and adhered it to the card.
Stamps: Elzybells (igloo and penguin), stampin up (be merry and snowflakes)
