Hello and welcome to another "Ellibelle's Crafty Wednesday". It was lots of fun visiting all your wonderful blog entries following last month's theme. Be sure to scroll down to the end of this post to see if you were the lucky winner or one of my top picks....
Last month it was all about ladies, but let's not forget about all the great men and boys in our lives, so this month I selected the theme of
Make it Masculine.
To play along simply link up your masculine creation - linky tool is at the end of this post.
I stamped the image on
Xpress It Blending Card using Memento Tuxedo ink, then colored with my copic markers. The image has been fussy cut using
Cutterbee Scissors. The sky was done using Tim Holtz's
Rays Stencil and tumbled glass distress ink. Stamped Dr. Seuss quote is from a retired set by Whimsy Stamps and the black sentiment is from Tim Holtz's
Quotations Sticker set.
A little close up below...
I simply used white Neenah card stock to cut out the waves, then sponged them with
Stormy Sky distress ink. I cut them apart and arranged them around the image until I liked how the waves looked.
The prize for this month's challenge is this cute Whimsy Stamps rubber stamp from my prize box:
