October Card Chain Challenge Reveal Day

It's reveal day at the Card Chain Challenge and last month my card went to Daja in Germany. Happy that it arrived on time and that Daja liked it as I really enjoyed making it :)

As always, we had several challenge options to choose from, I went with the theme option of "Let's Get Spooky" and made this cute Halloween card which I thought was very fitting to receive during October. It's definitely more cute than spooky, I think 😀

(This is the same large pumpkin I used on yesterday's card, although that card turned out completely different.)

Stamps are all by Tracy Evans (Myriad of Designs and Numerical Cats). I masked off a little bit of the large pumpkin at the top where I stamped the cat. The large pumpkin leaves were done with a Spellbinders die and Distress inked/water spritzed cardstock. Ivy leaves are part of Myriad of Designs.
The sentiment was part of a designer paper piece by Graphic 45, I thought it was a perfect fit. On the background I used Carved Pumpkin Distress ink and 2 different stencils. A bow made of jute twine finishes it off.

I was thrilled to have received a beautifully embossed card from Jeanne in Minnesota, thank you!! I didn't get a chance to photograph it but will update this as soon as I can.

That was another fun card exchange I was happy to take part in. If you would like to join in with the Card Chain Challenge, then there is still time to sign up for November. Everyone sends a card and received a card. Check out all the details here.

I am sharing my card with these challenges:
Have a wonderful week and as always thanks so much for visiting!
