A toast to you- DTC57

Happy Tuesday everyone! Hope you're all doing great.

Before I forget to tell you, the Designer search for the Digital Tuesday challenge blog is still open for one last week. Click this link if you'd like to read about it.

It's time for another challenge over at the DT challenge blog, and Lorraine is our hostess this week. The theme she chose is

"A toast to you"

You can make anything you want as long as there is either food or drink (or both) on the project.
I loved this challenge, and knew exactly what image I was going to use when I first read about our challenge. The image is from Phindy's Place, it was a freebie some time ago but I believe it is now available for purchase in her store. I just love how this little mouse is munching away!

I colored it using copic markers. Stickles was applied to the frosting and the small flower for some sparkle. The papers are from stampin up and DCWV. I embellished with some paper flowers a pearl and ribbon. Then did some paper piercing to finish off the card.
I hope you liked it!

My card also fits a few other challenges
1. Paperplay challenge (Theme: Pretty Pastels)
2. Phindy's place friday challenge (Theme: favorite Phindy image)
3. The crafty Pad (Theme: ribbon)
4. The corrosive challenge (Theme: Lets celebrate)
5. All Sorts (Theme: animals)
6. Fussy and Fancy (Theme: birthday with a sweet treat)

Be sure to check out the challenge blog and maybe you can play along. We have another great sponsor this week, Digital Delights by Louby Loo. The winner gets a $10 gift certificate to use in the digistore. She has lots of cuties to choose from!

Have a great day!!
