Saturday already and time for a new challenge at Allsorts. Tracy is our hostess this week and she would like to see some bling.
I didn't plan on making two cards, but had the sheet of Penny Back stickeroos in front of me and I couldn't decide which one to use, so I just decided to make two.
The sketch on the card above was inspired by an old MFT sketch. Designer paper is from MME and sentiment is from a clear set by Penny Black. I embellished with a button and twine, and added 3 rhinestones to finish off this card.

For my second card I just chose some paper scraps from my ever growing box of scraps to match the image, rounded the corners of the image and played with the card elements until I finally decided on this sketch. I added some punched out butterflies (MarthaStewart punch) with rhinestones and again, twine. I also used the same sentiment by Penny Black like I did on the card above.
Wink of Stella was added to the flowers on both cards but as usual it's so hard to see in the pictures.
This week we are kindly being sponsored by Marianne Designs, hope you'll come join us for a chance to win a great prize.
That should be all for today, hope you're having a wonderful weekend. The sun finally came out here, we've had such depressing cloudy weather for way too long, that I am sooooo happy to finally see a blue sky again!

Two fabulous cards, both with a great image and really lovely designs. I love PB stickeroos but they are so hard to find these days.

They're both just adorable
They are both so lovely and perfect for spring! Don't you love it when you can create something beautiful with scraps?
Oh Ellie, these are so fantastic! They give me the idea to upcycle greeting cards this way. I adore the patterned paper on the top card, how cool! Glad you made two of these beauties. Hugs, Autumn
