A little bird house

Whimsy Stamps recently released some new gorgeous birdhouses by Moon Cookie Gallery, and I finally found some time to play. They are all so gorgeous but this one, "Scalloped Birdhouse", is my favorite. It can be found here.

I thought I'd get out my copics for this one. I am going to try using them some more, hate that they are collecting dust. I just love my derwent coloursoft pencils so much!

I really wanted to make a simple one layer card with this one, but kept adding to it and this is what it turned out to be. Not sure if I like the gingham ribbon though. Wish I added turquoise ribbon instead, but it's too late now as it is all glued down, so I won't be changing it.

I don't know if you can tell by the picture, but the roof and the flower were added with pop up dots.
