Make a wish

Good morning and happy Wednesday!

Today's card was made using one of Whimsy Stamps August release stamps from the Elisabeth Bell collection. This cutie is called "Honeybee".

She has been colored using Faber Castell Polychromos pencils and some copics for the skin tones. Thought I'd create another little scene using some dies and punches. The fence die is from Whimsy Stamps, I have also used the new leafy corners die set from Whimsy's August release to create the "vines" around the fence. The cloud die is from Memory Box, and the grass was done using a Martha Stewart punch.

I did some sewing with my Janome, and to finish it off I added some twine and a prima flower and button. The sentiment is from the clear penny black set "Critter Party".

I am entering this card to the following challenges:
Thanks so much for stopping by today. If you'd like to see a few more new Whimsy Creations stop by the Whimsy Inspirations blog.

Have a fabulous day!!

Such a pretty card! Love the grass, vine, and sparkle.
As for your comment on Parfrey's Glen, I don't know how old your children are, but there were lots of little kids in the glen. They had no trouble skipping rocks in the river or climbing them. It seemed to come natural for them. It was us older people who struggled...more out of fear than anything. My son-in-law told me 'You have more balance than you realize'. I was just nervous about missing a stone in the river and getting my feet wet!
